Friendly correspondence in which Thiers takes advantage of it to ask for some favors or intimate orders "Saturday March 9, 1856" he indicates "[] Mr. Margueritte bearer of this bill which represents him to me in the Company of gas. I beg you to give him your attention. It is through him that you will be able to have a true knowledge of this serious matter ()"; on "March 12, 1856" he asks him a favor "[] if you can do something about the affairs of the arts at the prefecture of the Seine.
