CHINA, 1932 and 1935. Two albums offered and dedicated to Mr. Pugin including 10 black and white photographs of the New French Circle in Tientsin by the architect Leo Mendelssohn (1894-1985) and 20 black and white photographs of the Municipal Guard in Tientsin inaugurated on May 1, 1935. A dedicated visiting card from Maurice Daudrumez, Chief of the French Municipal Guard, is attached to the second one. It is written: "With his good friends and his best memory" and dated March 18, 1936. Photographs by R. Gartner titled in gold. Dimensions of the albums: Length: 39,5 cm - Width: 29 cm. Dimensions of the photographs: Length: between 23, 5 cm and 25 cm, Width: between 18, 5 and 20 cm. (Prints slightly warped. Black cardboard covers tired, external binding detached for one of the two)
